We're Engaged! - The Proposal

So Zack and I got engaged on Saturday the 3rd! :D It was the best 5 minutes of my life! hehe! I knew he had the ring because he spilled the beans on Thursday and I assumed he was going to propose on Saturday at the fireworks, cuz well it's the corny thing to do haha. But on Wed we were talking about proposals and I mentioned how the corny stuff is not me and I just love romantic words and what's actually said. Anyway, he took that to heart and instead of doing the obvious he went out of his way to surprise me. When I got home from work on Saturday he was standing at the door once I opened it with this big grin! He took my hand and just kept telling me he loves me. I could hear how nervous he was in his voice and it was just the sweetest thing! I asked him what he was doing because I knew something was up. He told me I knew what he was doing and got down on one knee, said he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and pulled out a gorgeous diamond! I of course immediately said yes and here we are... ENGAGED! I'm so happy to be with Zack, he makes my life so perfect! He's so witty, funny, sexy, and the best Best Friend anyone could ask for! I'm one of the luckiest girls and I can't stop telling myself that!
