There's No Place Like Home

So we've decided to stay in Utah County which I am so thrilled about! Zack came home last Tuesday with the decision that it's easier for just him to find a new job and not both of us. He's pretty wise so I agreed!

I was so devastated when he said he wanted to move back to Tremonton... I didn't care going because it was what he wanted to do and I would follow him anywhere but it's just the fact that I already made my peace with that place so why go back? Don't get me wrong, I love to go visit there every once in awhile, I do love Mack's and Pizza Plus, haha! But for some reason I don't feel the love there like I used to and I definitely don't feel comfortable being there. It's just not home to me. Plus I feel like I'm a second option to everyone there so what's the point in being around people that don't care as much as I would want them to.

I am so happy to be living in Utah County right now! I've made a home with this place and I feel very comfortable here. I've worked hard at building friendships once again and I feel like I'm wanted. In addition, everything is so much closer here, malls, schools, and restaurants. It's so much easier to live in a place with so much accessibility, Tremonton is so hard to get out of, even if it's just for a night out!

I'm very excited to continue my life here and see where it takes me. I feel like Zack and I are making a place to call our own and hopefully one day our children can, too!
